Dr. Xin Li is an accomplished scholar and educator specializing in clinical medicine and sports health sciences, currently serving as an Associate Professor at Tianjin Normal University since 2006. She obtained her Doctor of Medicine (MD) in Clinical Medicine from Tianjin Medical University in July 2006. Over nearly two decades of academic and research experience, Dr. Li has established herself as a leading expert at the intersection of clinical medicine, exercise science, and health management. Her teaching portfolio encompasses a range of courses in sports health, exercise rehabilitation, and health management, with a focus on integrating clinical case studies into theoretical instruction to enhance students’ practical competencies and professional insight. Dr. Li’s research primarily addresses exercise interventions for chronic diseases, sports injury prevention, and rehabilitation science, contributing to the growing evidence base linking physical activity with disease prevention and functional recovery.
