Mohanad completed his Bachelor of Science in Physics at the University of Tikrit in 2002. He pursued his M.S.C in Physics with a specialization in Laser Applications from the same university, graduating in 2007. Later, he obtained his Ph.D. in Physics – Solid State Physics/Semiconductors from the University of Tikrit in 2019.
