Bio Summary:

Daniel Goulart is a part-time, non-tenure track professor at the Operations Management Department of the São Paulo Business Management School of Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV EAESP). With a strong educational background in agronomy and extensive experience in supply chain management, technology adoption, and biofuels, he currently holds the position of Senior Manager in the Biodiesel Business Unit at Minerva Foods. Daniel is also the Coordinator of the Agribusiness Logistics Observatory at FGV EAESP.

Daniel has held various key roles in his professional journey. As a Director of Credit Risk and Financing at AGI, he assessed the credit risk of farmers and agricultural coops, structured supply chain finance facilities, and managed financing solutions. Currently, as the Senior Manager of the Biodiesel Business Unit at Minerva Foods, he oversees biodiesel trading, feedstock procurement, pricing, cost management, and P&L management.
