Assist. Prof. Dr. Gutama Kusse Getele is an accomplished academic and researcher with a Ph.D. in Management Science and Engineering from the University of Science and Technology Beijing (2020), an M.Sc. in Computer Science and Technology from the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China (2014), and a B.Sc. in Computer Science from Infolink College (2010). Dr. Maryam Khokhar is a dedicated scholar and postdoctoral researcher at the School of Economics and Management, Tongji University, Shanghai, China, with over eleven years of academic and corporate experience. She earned her Ph.D. in Management Science and Engineering with a specialization in Supply Chain Management from Yanshan University, China, in 2023, following an MBA in Finance (2017) and a BBA (Hons.) in Business Studies (2014) from the University of Sindh, Pakistan. Professionally, she has served as Senior Assistant Professor at Bahria University Karachi, and as visiting faculty at Sir Syed University of Engineering and Technology and Federal Urdu University of Arts, Science & Technology, contributing extensively to teaching, curriculum development, and program leadership. Her research interests include supply chain management, supply chain resilience, sustainability, corporate social responsibility, AI-driven business innovation, and greenwashing. Skilled in advanced research methodologies, multi-criteria decision-making models, and data analytics, she has published widely in internationally reputed journals indexed in Scopus, ABS, and ABDC, and has presented at global conferences and research workshops.
